Why aren't tomes tradeable

    I would assume so that players actually do the raids to earn them, which makes sense



    Why tomes are soulbound, on the other hand...

    But what if already played the raid a ton of times and want a mythic totem? Mythic Weapons and armour are byable why not tomes? Maybe a requirement to play the raid at least n times?
