Archer/Hunter Help need help with a grandmother build

Need a build for my gma. any type of build is fine, I just want the most damage as possible and be able to survive in TNA or any endgame stuff. my budget is 32le, you can go a little bit over if you need.

Mana might be a bit wonky, powder armor for rage. You can get more dmg going etw, but survivability disappears

It's criminal that you chose Gold Hydro Necklace and not Contrast...

 

I guess you can use it with anyas penumbra
