Assassin/Ninja Help Qira + EO build with/without Cata? (no LI or Hive master/EO, obviously)

I'm struggling to beat Qira as lvl 101 Assassin (main problem is 2nd phase where I can't heal enough to stay on the offense and actually kill her and my HP pots run out long before I can finish the fight). I'm also looking to beat EO and I was pretty darn lucky with a random Cataclysm drop while doing the Hive so I'd like recommendations on how to make a build around that as well. I'm currently using Shadestepper archetype but if you can give advice on how to play with your build that would be great. Thanks in advance.
