Assassin/Ninja Help Lvl. 105 Endgame Cataclysm Build

Hello,

I am looking for a very-endgame build for Cataclysm, no budget cap, so mythic armor works fine. Would be perfect if it has some kind of sustain like LS while still maintaining very high damage. Altar, LI and Qira Items work, too, just no crafted stuff.
