Recruit issue

So. I send recruit request to my newbe friend (I have two, but w/ 2nd all good)
He log in 3> days ago just to check server, but started playing a day ago, and I cancelled recruit request (because, you know, if something goes wrong, just reDo it) but in this situation reDoing isn't helping, and now I can't send him request because “server limits?” can that be kinda fixed?
Me - “MrAsddefe”
Friend - “Masyapa”
And he change nickname on his account from “Asddefe” (and I was send invite to this nickname, that the reason of my cancelled invite)
