Aldorei Part 1 Quest Bugged

For my mage class, I can't progress on the quest since the NPC Damys plays the dialogue after you complete their task when you right-click them. Since they play the completed dialogue tasks I can't get the bucket I need for the quest. It has effectively soft-locked me out of Aldorei part 1. I don't have the bucket in my inventory or my bank.
I don't think any staff members will see this but It's worth a try. This has also effectively locked me out of Aldorei Part 2. I don't know if this occurred in my other classes as I have yet to play the quest in my other classes.

If you haven't done /class or swapped worlds I recommend doing that. Also, after you complete that part of the quest there should be a hard reset button at -485, 123, -4453 so if you're lucky that might have spawned in. Otherwise you might be out of luck and need to submit a bug report
