Comments:
As long as you keep spamming ice snake and use arcane transfer often, with mixed mana you won't run out of mana.
Also, that 9500/3s poison damage could help a bit in giving more damage output.
Remember to spam ice snakes (it's just 1 cost) to stack up winded so you get high damage.
(You can dual wield this build with pure if you want)
