Missing last year winter black markets

I bought (i know) 50 crates for last year's winter event, I came online for this event and see I could not reroll my duplicate black markets because I'm missing so many now. I had multiple avo headgear and earmuffs which no longer exist in my inventory yet I still have them on my character, disappointed because 1: how does this even happen? 2: I'm not even the only one who experienced this, everyone I know who has had the winter black markets has told me they don't exist.

and yes I have emailed support, and nothing...

 

Just wait for support to get back to you, they can restore the cosmetics

 

I believe salted commented on one of the reddit posts saying contact them over the support email

 

Yeah I also had the same issue of the Winter Earmuffs disappearing from my gear skins, but like other people said in the thread, you can send a support email to [email protected] to get it back. For me, it took like around 5-7 days to get a response and it being returned.

I had duplicates of both because I bought crates but I don't have a screen shot of the multiple. I just hope I didn't waste 50 bucks on crates to be screwed over a year later
