Im Stuck in a quest line.

Right now I have been doing the Fantastic Voyage quest for combat lv. min 90, and after the ship crashed, i wasnt getting teleported to the shipwreck. so i did /kill . after getting back to the ship a the docks, i walked onto the ship and got teleported inside the shipwreck, not outside. After that, the npc line from Relend got stuck after the second message (2/3) so i did /class and it fixed itself. but i wasnt able to get any further because the room i needed to go through kept saying: "Trying to play captain, eh? Can't say I blame you. After all, who wouldn't want to sail the ocean blue?.

Is there a way to reset the entire quest line? Or to get out of this situation? Everything i get aboard his ship I keep getting teleported back here in the shipwreck with no way to continue.
