can't upgrade enderchest despite meeting the displayed requirements

    i am at combat level 13 and have several emeralds and blocks in my inventory. when i attempt to buy a page in the enderchest, i am asked to confirm the purchase, but when i do the server does not take my emeralds nor add the page. there's no other indication that the purchase failed. is there something im missing here?
