Is anyone else's Winter Earmuffs helmet cosmetic missing from gear skin inventory?

The latest festival of the blizzard event made the earmuffs disappear from inventories
someone was shouting about it and he was right, the cosmetic is gone
Probably a block's id got switched or something

And here I was thinking wynncraft had a strict no-refunds policy

 

That applies to in game items only, not store stuff. Store stuff can usually be restored by contacting support
