arrows in bank

Just wondering if there's a way to get them out, i have no idea how i got them here but i did play on the server in 2013 so i assume its from then.

 

I would probably guess the same as I'm not aware of any other method to get arrows. Just be sure to dispose of them since it is vanilla Minecraft item

 

well the reason why im asking is because i cant get them out, the game will just unselect the item as soon as i click on it

 

They're permanently stuck. There is no way for us to remove em

it absolutely is possible to remove them, though? maybe the staff team has no tools to manually edit bank content or fix whatever is making the arrows stuck right now, but these are things within the control of wynncraft

It's just straight up not possible, not even devs can remove them; they're stuck there because of old code. It's probably possible to delete that old code, but I'm assuming it's probably apart of some old 2013 vital code that's best to not mess with. A lot of old wynn systems are jankily built on top of each other.

 

this is just a ridiculous thing to say lmao, random arrows in someone's bank are not somehow fundamental to wynn's internal infrastructure. yeah, given the sheer quantity of tech debt within the code, it might be hard to fix, but that doesn't make it sensible to call it impossible - it's just not worth the effort for something so unimportant

your statement can't be about how it's "not currently possible" if you're calling the arrows "permanently stuck." my issue isn't with the concept that no one's able to help the OP right now, it's just the wording here

for the record i'm not super invested in the details of this particular edge case - it's just that i've seen way, way too much language from the staff team that implies certain restraints are somehow entirely out of wynn's control, and i find it really frustrating and even a little dishonest (if it's about something more significant than this, anyway)

 

As far as I'm aware they've been stuck for like 7ish years now. It's not a far stretch to simplify things and just say that they're permanently stuck. It's also easier to just say that than try to explain in detail why they can technically be removed, but probably wont be unless something changes; this could technically change in the future, but I don't know how likely that. Also I don't know about the other cases you're referring to (since I have no context), but in this case from what I know it's just not worth digging into the core of Wynncraft's code to fix the arrow thing, especially since a lot of systems have been built upon that core ever since.
