Is "Wealth or Knowledge" useful anymore?

Llevigar secret library was turned into a secret discovery. Library key mob is still visible through the wall but can't be accessed (at the very least, I couldn't access it).

The Literature merchant was removed from Ahmsord so you also can't sell it.

Is there any point to the item aside from lore now?

 

If you right click with it on the enchanting table in the middle of the Llevigar library, an NPC will appear, who'll tell you loooore.
