SPOILER About the end of General's Orders

After completing the quest "General's Orders", Lieutenant Gren mentioned that "If I had to guess, I bet that morphing creature came from a shipment of gear from the southwest." So, I follow the clue and I did found a strange cave at 24 38 -5391 which is exactly southwest from Lieutenant Gren but it is a disappointment that there is nothing at all inside it while I was expecting a hidden boss fight. There are some red wools and logs laying around the cave which make it seems like some abandoned crates. I'm just wondering does anybody find the shapeshifter after the quest? And here is the screenshot of that cave btw:

afaik, corpus accipientis's boss fight got removed. It definitely should've been kept as a secret easter egg boss fight, and a boss fight with a shapeshifter is such a great concept. Maybe toss it back on after the mobile game ad part of general's orders, or maybe make it a secret boss fight. Hell, maybe even add some stuff at that spot to show that's where it came from.
