So mythics are a lot rarer than fabled, legendaries, etc. But then why are there always so many mythics on the first page of the trade market. On the second page there are less mythics but still more than you would expect. Is it something to do with the default sort order of the trade market or something?

    I want a logical explanation :3

Its probably just chance, it isnt normally like that. Chances are, you have your TM set to the highest level range of items, and by pure chance it just happens to be like that. There is no "default sort order" other than time the object was put up and the level range of it.

Trade Market sorts by "most recent", and usually people blacksmith more common items, and since mythics are constantly being relisted and sold, it fills up the front page

It's a difference of what's put on the market. Mythics are almost always picked up and sold, where fableds are usually left with other loot as they aren't as useful.

Normal tier items are the most common of anything and yet there are probably no more than 2 brilliant diamond leggings on the market.

I see now. But then why are there a huge difference between the number of mythics on page 1 and 2. On page one there are like 6-9 mythics, page 2 there are like 1-4, pages from 3 onwards normally has 1 mythic. surely the mythics are not getting instabought

i mean logically, if theyre more rare, there's more incitement to save them. So people save them and try to sell them, whilst less hard-to-get items aren't kept, or saved as much, because theyre not as valuable

Relisting is also the only way to keep using an item until it sells if trying to upgrade. If you have a weapon that goes for about 6 stx, are trying to upgrade to one that costs around 10 stx and have 5 0r 6 stx saved, if you list it and leave it listed, you have no weapon (at least not a mythic, so probably nothing nearly as powerful) until it sells. So you take it off tm to play and relist it when done. This is a problem I wish I had; I don't have mythic weapon money yet. At least not good mythic weapon money...
