Guide Very Serious Santa Says Guide - 16 gifts

Hello there everyone, so recently the Festival of the Blizzard event or Wynnter event has arrived once again. If you're like me - who have no friends to party with when it comes to this event, yet still want to be able to get all the goodies from the event (weapons, armor, accessories, extras), then here is a very clearly optimized and not at all boring guide on how to do Santa Says alone to always get 16 gifts every run.

The point of this event in the "Wynnter's Fair" area of the map is to complete 6 tasks that Santa gives you at random, there are more than just 6 tasks but you get 6 at random and is tasked to complete each one in 30 seconds or less. Every completed task awards you with 1 gift which at the end of the game will reward you with a maximum of 16 gifts if 6 tasks have been completed.

One thing to note, almost everything that you can pick up in this event can be left clicked. Meaning if you have to click to grab an item, click to use an item (like grains for the reindeers), click to pick up or place decoration or click to remove dust piles etc. it can all be accomplished by left clicking what you want. It's much faster to get something done by using your left click instead of your right click. So, in cases if you want to be really nerdy, try left.

- The Sleigh Runway

Honestly the easiest one in the event, ignore the zombies and run to click to remove the Logs on the road (will notify in chat when the logs do get removed), usually 2 clicks is required to remove them fully (or I am dumb) so spam clicking is recommended. Afterwards go towards the end of the road and remove the old snowman by clicking on it one time, make sure it's only once, you'll make it feel sad otherwise.

- Bakery Duty

To be fair, I just collect 10-12 dough by mashing the pile and sometimes it kinda works. Use all 6 ovens and put your dough in each from right to left, then once the cake is finished clear all ovens from right to left and place all 6 cakes onto the table at the same time. You can also place 2 dough into 2 ovens, then spam your right click on them as the cake processes and you might get around 2-4 cakes instead of the regular 1 (why? idk it's probably bugged??)

- Reindeer Rescue

Really struggling to find something funny about this.. It's just a regular parkour in all fairness. I mean, you can skip quite literally the entire parkour by ignoring everything and go to the absolute final ice spike before the ladder, then just do the parkour to the ladder from there (how reindeer stuck first place in here?)

- Santa's Hanger

Start by collecting every instance of missing stuff on the sleigh, no idea how Santa managed to remove these. This includes the Small Present closest to you, the Large Present, then the Chair, Runners and Rope. After collecting the Rope you can immediately put on the Runners onto the sleigh, then move towards the front of the sleigh to attach la cuerda. Afterwards you can take a detour with the stairs to get onto the sleigh and here you can place in the Large Present, the Small present that looks like my dad (it's bugged... Steve...) and la chaise to allow Santa for a comfy ride.

- Christmas Decorating

Start by placing decorations on the 3 places on the tree closest to the collection area to maximize efficiency, these are very heavy decorations, that is why santa doesn't allow you to have 2 at once, you'd fall over otherwise and might need to get a doctor's appointment. Afterwards fill the decoration in on the far right side of the collection area, then finish it all off with the far left decoration.

- Workshop Clean Up

Cleaning dust piles, no idea why Santa didn't just get his elves to do it for him, but here we are anyway. There's 1 dust pile outside right infront of you, afterwards you can move yourself into the workshop.



While in the workshop, clean the next 2 dust piles right infront of you, then start walking to the far back of the workshop to clean a further 2 dust piles. Once that's done there's 1 more dust pile on your left in the corner, don't forget the dust pile ontop of the shelves! Last dust pile is right outside of the door.



- Feed the Reindeer

Super easy, go and immediately get 3 Grains and 3 Wheat (why does it only let me carry 3 at a time.. :c) and start by feeding the 3 reindeers closest to the collection area, they require 2 grains then 1 wheat to feed Dasher, Dancer and Prancer. Afterwards go to the other side and feed the next 3 reindeers, they require 1 grain and 2 wheat to feed Vixen, Commet and Cupid. Once they're all fed you have to go back to the collection area one more time to collect 1 more Grain and feed it to Donner (why is Donner always the last one? ).

- Make Eggnog

Okay but like this was my favorite task out of the tasks... Start by getting your Empty Bucket from the Cooking Equipment which is behind the Eggnog Pot, then move towards the other side of the map to gain your Fresh Milk from Bessy the Dairy Cow using your handy bucket. Afterwards quickly go and grab the Chicken Coop Key which is right next to Bessy. Walk towards the chicken coop and you'll be able to unlock the gate, collect your hard earned Sweetened Egg from the Chicken Nest (birb where?). You can now move towards the Sugar Cane to get your fresh cane, instantly make it into Refined Sugar using the Cane Refiner and lastly, move all the way back to the Eggnog Pot and you'll have yourself a cooled Eggnog.

Might depend on class tho, but definitely possible.

 

For the eggnog it's easier to:
-take the bucket
-take the sugar cane
-put the sugar cane in the machine
-take the key
-get the milk
-open the gate and get the egg
- put all the ingredients into the pot.
It's faster because of where everything is (does depend if you have enough inventory space tho).
