Does agility affect the typhoon damage for Oceanic Judge?

Curious because I don’t really want to change my build just so I can completely negate water damage. I would literally have no trouble killing Oceanic Judge if it didn’t pull me and subsequently pull me into a Typhoon basically one shotting me(note I’ve only died 2 times to this so idk If I dodged it
Because if it does then 10% reduce= 600 water and 1% max health which would make the fight more doable for my build

and if someone’s asking I’m a 97 nearing 98 shadestepper Assassin based on earth and thunder damage , with about 60 agility from accessories and weapons

 

it should reduce the water damage, but not the max health %
