Any Class Aleph Null in build?

    I wonder can this new leggings play a good role in builds.
    I tried to replace Vaward with it but it's killing my EHP and skill points.
    It has both raw melee and raw spell damage, maybe it's suitable for hybrid; but I dont really know a good hybrid build (it seems most of good endgame builds are spellspam or tierstack).

    Someone has already said the set bonus, it's some walk speed, mana steal (2/3) or mana regen (3/3) and something other
    It looks not really good and I dont think I'll take it into account
