(help) Texture Pack won't install

I decided to try to get back into Wynncraft for the first time in like a year, only to soon realise that it refuses to install the texture pack, it had worked perfectly fine every time I've played it before but for the past two days it refuses to work.

It would stay around 8% or 13% for about 5 minutes until it just moves on and gives me a rp warning in chat that the pack is not installed, I tried on several vanilla and Optifine versions (including ones which had worked in the past) but still with no results.

I also tried it from two pcs which both have the same problem, I have a friend which is able to play it fine for some reason for me it just doesn't work. I've seen in the bug reports that there are multiple people with this issue, has anyone found a way to get around it?

 

A manual download of the texture pack could work, I don't have an updated version, the last one I have is from the end of the 2.0 hero beta which I heard was out of date and no longer works.

Edit: There is the quote from the texture pack help thread which may or may not work, so I'm going to just leave it here
"Still not fixed? Here's more solutions...
- Update your Minecraft launcher
- Go to your %appdata% folder and click on .minecraft. Then go to server-resource-packs and delete "legacy" or anything Wynn related."

 

From what I've heard from others, usually a manual download seems to fix the issue. And yes the one from the hero beta is definitely outdated since we've also had the Festival of the Bonfire since then with new gear skins

 

I was trying to get noise textures on the wynncraft textures without using complementary shaders about a month ago. I decompiled the texture pack again and here is the result. It should work I think

there are a still few cosmetic blocks which are missing textures, but all of the important stuff is there so honestly I'm just glad I can play lmao
