Yellow-Named Mobs

Yellow-named mobs used to be affected by mob totems, as of recently, they do not get affected. So, does anyone know if this is a bug or if this is intended?

As a secondary question on this topic, are yellow named mobs still able to drop mythics?

I mean what you think I mean by that, if I happen to find yellow named mobs in the world and they appear to have a good spawnrate/droprate I would want to know if I can get mythics from them.

 

If it drops gear (unique, rare, legendary) it is possible. It still needs to be in the level range for a mythic item.

 

Yes. They can still drop mythics - well, they drop all other tiers up to fabled at least, so I assume so

They're still affected by mob totems by default. Some mobs won't have totems enabled though, but they're usually mobs you're not allowed to grind at all, such as quest mobs, bosses, boss minions, etc; although sometimes there are exceptions to that
