Assassin/Ninja Help Lvl 98 Shadestepper Assassin Build Help

I've always been terrible at creating builds, and every time I try I normally just get laughed at by people. I left the server for a year and now everything has changed. I put all my ability points into mostly shadestepper because that fits my playstyle.

I just don't know where to even begin with just being able to play with a good build. All advice is welcome!
