I broke the A Sandy Scandal quest, what should I do?

    I was doing the Sandy Scandal quest when it froze, then I did /kill because nothing happened for 5 minutes, then now I can't get back up there, what should I do, I can't get into the Almju bank if I don't finish this quest.
