Art The Path of Auray

The piece I submitted for the Bonfire Fest contest a while back, depicting my favourite bit of lore from the festival: The meeting between the first Orc, Goblin, Troll, and Ogre, the descendants of Auray; the first lawmakers and the first players of games.

It's a lil late now, but incidentally I was also inspired by my favourite time of year, the end of summer and beginning of fall between Lughnasadh and Halloween :>

(It's slightly ornate, but the script is High Gavellian.)

 

I love it! The colours and sharp pixels remind me of A Short Hike, which is a big compliment!
Transcribed the text btw, it says "we aren't alone anymore."

 

I didn't think anyone would really care about that little story. I'm glad to be wrong.

 

I cannot explain why but this makes me unreasonably happy. I love the bonfire festival and I love this.
