Archer/Hunter Good The Evolved Build?

-20 Arrow Storm cost looks cool. Is it possible to make a nice build for it? I find it a bit difficult to improve Storm's damage (though I can spam Storm 3 times at 6 Mana to do it, but I hope it could be better)

Definitely worse than usual spell spam builds, as random sane spell build can do endless spam with spell cycle. However, with this spell cost, it's possible to make build in different way.

Because 1st spell cost is insanely low, you can cast arrow storm multiple times with only 1 mana cost. Which means, you can care less about mana sustain ; allowing you to focus more on damage boost!

still damage only comes from raw spell so there's lmit but hey it's 50k storm!
