Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need a non mythic build to do LI with

I need a build that is easy to get (preferably all tradable items) for my level 100 mage. If necessary I could use Hive items, and I do not have that much money to spend, (prob about 10 LE max). I'm a lightbender, and I need something with dps that is not too glassy so I can do LI.
Any help would be appreciated! Tysm! <3
