I somewhat recently got a new Battle Monk build for 2.0 that is focused on the water element and doesn't use Rally (as opposed to my build before that which did). Well, it turns out that I like using Rally, but I'd prefer if I had a build that only had it on a secondary spear (Rhythm of the Seasons) that I can swap to in order to heal quickly.

    Here's what I'm looking for:
    - a build that doesn't use any mythics (because I don't have any and I only have like 50 LE on me rn lol)
    - the weapon must NOT be Rhythm of the Seasons
    - I must be able to have enough skill points to use Rhythm of the Seasons so I can swap back and forth between the two spears
    - the build must be focused around the battle monk archetype
    - no melee-centered builds, I'm mostly looking to use spells

LI items, Qira hive items, quest items, boss altar items, and whatever else items are fine... Just don't use any mythics.

I have quite a few pieces of armor and weapons in my bank rn, so don't focus on my low budget too much because there's a good chance I'll have at least one of the items in your build.

Oh, and here's my build as of now if it'll help you see some items I already have on me:
    Helmet: Cancer
    Chestplate: Soul Signal
    Leggings: Greaves of the Veneer
    Boots: Pro Tempore
    Ring 1: Summa
    Ring 2: Moon Pool Circlet
    Bracelet: Dragon's Eye Bracelet
    Necklace: Diamond Hydro Necklace
    Spear: Infidel (w6w6w6)

Actually battle tested. Results were kind of mixed. When I tried to actively use both (alternating) in a boss battle it didn't go well, but it's not something I was used to. RotS alone lost to the water boss in the hive; Tisaun's alone beat it, but used 15 doses of lv 100 healing potion. that's very subjective and I got into a hole with RotS that was hard to get out of; constantly charging to get hp and rarely casting anything else. But I was making progress at first. while with Tisaun's taking a swig of potion and getting the spear back in my hand is under a half second muscle memory move.

also swapped out necklace to Ambiguity at one point because my rolls (which are very good in the things I care about most) had hp regen slightly negative. If I had gotten the earth necklace instead of the bracelet that wouldn't have been a problem. It wasn't bad; it was a "slow leak" that just annoyed me while standing around in Thanos.

Another edit - you can likely swap some pieces for higher level gear and improve it a bit. This is somewhat cobbled together with stuff I had on hand. I have another build that gets Tisaun's over 20k uppercut, but it doesn't play well with others (can't swap to RotS). Also, when shopping for RotS as a second spear, it's hp is unimportant and makes some of the not as high priced ones attractive. I actually wanted it low even as a primary because you can't really depend on it. taking any potion or being in a room that requires you to drop tokens causes you to lose it. One charge brings it back, but I still don't like that.

why is that? I did earth, thinking I was making the damage it did stringer and getting quake. But I really don't understand a lot about elemental damage and defense.

I had trouble with that. I tried it in the hive and got in a situation where all I was doing was charging away trying to get hp faster than I was losing it. My hp was around 15k, so I got a third of a potion dose with each charge. I felt like I wasn't using it right.

Use water powders bc u shouldn't use rots as a primary weapon with these builds and water powders give curse which gives big increase in dmg
Also for the hive u prob just aren't dodging enough attacks so u constantly have to retreat :/
Or u r retreating too early, most kf the time u only need to retreat when the boss is casting a spell or smth

I lost, BTW. Still working at it. Was in there over 10 minutes, mostly with the spiders and explosions with Qira nowhere to be seen. Got too aggressive when Qira showed back up and was surrounded, walled in and took damage faster that I could get potion effect. Obviously not RotS.

The only way I know of to not get hit by any attacks is to not go in there.

Honestly the advice "just don't get hit lol" isn't that great when it comes to the qira fight. From my experience, qira throws out so many attacks and has so many minions that dodging everything is almost out of the question, especially for a player without years of experience in wynncraft combat. What I find to be really helpful in the qira fight is either 1) Having a build with lots of health and health sustain. This will result in the fight taking almost forever since those kinds of builds tend to have low damage, but it requires the least amount of skill. 2) Having an extremely mobile build that can zoom around so quickly you almost never get hit. This takes a good amount of experience to use properly but if you come up with a good movement pattern theoretically none of the enemy spells should be able to keep up with you. 3) Having lots of perseverance and learning all the spell patterns in the fight. Personally, I've learned a lot of qira's attacks from beating the fight multiple times on the multiple classes I've leveled. Through my experience, I've learned that it's very important not to get hit by qira's spells since they do the most damage, to always keep an eye out on the arena so you don't walk into one of the spinning vortexes or other arena hazards, and to kill the little spiders when you can so you don't get swarmed. Running right at qira with lots of spiders around is almost always a death sentence. I personally use the strategy of moving around the edge of the arena and picking off the small spiders as they come to me. When qira eventually reaches me, I can attack her a bit. When I see she's using a spell, I move to another side of the arena and pick off more spiders. It takes a lot of practice to learn which of her spells are the most dangerous, like flamethrower and web. Coming up with a strategy for success takes time, but will undeniably make you a better player.

TLDR, what I'm saying is that qira's fight is hard and don't feel bad if you can't dodge everything. You basically have two options if you want to win the fight. 1) Get a build so good that it will carry you through the fight with minimal effort on your part, or 2) Practice the fight a lot, analyze qira's attack patterns, and create strategies for dodging her attacks.

I am working at that, but have a long way to go. The screen shot earlier was from a video where I was in there for about 10 minutes (literally; I am looking at time stamps of messages and dialog). I managed to get phase 1 Qira below 200k (started at 375k), Phase 2 Qira killed me, getting in too close at the wrong time. Not sure what the spell/attack was, but it was one that grabs and shakes violently and in phase 1, usually hurled me away either with little damage or at least survivable damage. Phase 1 seemed to be survival as Qira disappeared around the time the dialog said I had lasted a minute and a half. I am assuming in the final pahse (3) that I will have to kill Qira, who will start with 500k.
I need to use more evasive tactics and let hp regen. I tend to go through too much healing potion staying actively engaged. When I beat the fire boss, I had four doses left from a full bottle of lv 100 healing potion. That won't work in master division. I ran out on my first attempt. I did a video on my second or third.
I love warrior, but it does get tough with really strong bosses as you do need to attack to at least some degree as spells have a pretty limited range. When I fought the toughest bosses on archer (who still needs to come back to the hive), I would use storm/windy feet to get speed, put up all seeing panoptes spells every few seconds and basically run laps. I barely saw Bob in Reincarnation or the beast in ToL
