My thoughts on the fruma announcement

There is going to be a quest/questline that eventually reveals that the player (our character) is a biologically engineered test tube baby OR clone of somebody. This is all but confirmed.

It is this line of reasoning that leads me to believe that Fruma is establishing an army which they can use to take over Wynn.

Perhaps we’re part of that army, and all they need to do is flick a switch?

There will also be a fake-out making us think that we’ve found our family before it’s reveals that, well, we don’t actually have a family.

Overall, the story will sort of be like Bladerunner 2049.

I actually really like this theory. Since a lot of evidence points to the Fruman queen having some kind of tie to Dern, it would be great if we got to see Fruma sending its cloned super-soldiers to Dern in exchange for providing the Fruman nobility with their magical abilities.

Do you know what the word prestige comes from? It comes from the Latin praestigium “a delusion, an illusion.”

I thought the same at first, but to be fair, Salted did say how high-quality Fruma will be, whereas Gavel took 3+ updates to get it to somewhere decent (Gavel update, Gameplay update and Gavel Reborn)
