I've killed almost 300k mobs, 10k ish chests, and 22 forgery runs and no mythics...
wynngods please give me a god damn mythic

 

I doubt it. I’ve heard of plenty of people who haven’t gotten a mythic, and even with that many chests looted you probably didn’t open all of them at max level with loot bonus/quality gear.

Don’t give up, you’ll find a mythic eventually!

Mythics can only drop in their respective level ranges, seeing how you have many 105 classes im gonna guess that most of those chests and mobs aren't from farming in the right level ranges.
mob drops are 7/1000000 (or 7/10000000 not sure how many zeros there were.), given that the mob can even drop a mythic. Assuming about 100K of your 300K mobs were mobs that can drop it (rough estimate based on the fact that you need to grind much more in the later levels)

your chance to NOT get a mythic from 100K valid mobs (assuming the higher of the chances I doubt between) is about
0,740817887315, or 74% (so the chance of getting this mythic would be about 26%)

(Just to make you feel bad, there is also the chance that a mob did drop a mythic but you didn't notice)

The number of chests it normally takes lootrunners tell you it will take for you to get a mythic is weirdly low because lootrunners look at the average amount of chests it takes a lootrunner. i.e. someone who only gets chests that can have a mythic, in a world which has been online for a little while but not yet claimed by other lootrunners (ok, "sniping" loot is a thing.). Also, loot quality and loot bonus are calculated in, especially loot quality matters. For people who don't actively lootrun the right chests at the right time it really isn't at all weird to get over 15 or 20K without finding a mythic.

I can't really give a for sure percentage since it differs alot if you've hard grinded your classes and hard-tried lootrunning or slow-played all your classes picking up each chest besides the road but seeing how your classes have many quests completed I'm gonna assume you don't actually lootrun at all and I'll give you the very generous estimate of a 30% chance of randomly having gotten a mythic in that time from these chests. If I'm right about you basically never having lootrun and not using lootquality it is probably supposed to be lower.

Forgery mythic chance got buffed recently but I assume most of those runs are pre-1.20.1 so that's only about a 76% ((1-0.012)^22) chance to not get a mythic


So my estimate for how likely it is for you to NOT have gotten a mythic with those stats:
74% * (100% - 30%) * 76% = 0.74 * 0.7 * 0.76 = 0.39368 or a 39.37% chance to NOT get a mythic (and a 60.63% chance to have gotten one or more mythics)

Basically, your luck so far puts you in the bottom 40% of players when it comes to mythic luck.

wait what does the amount of quests i did have to do with me not lootrunning at all?
btw i did lr with lq armor and gear, sorry that i forgot to mention it in the main post.(also the 10k chests are the total chests from lootrunning itself iirc. those 10k chests were "counted" some time ago i dont remember)

 

Doing quests on new characters isn't really the most efficient way to level up so in my experience the "min-maxers" generally don't do more than a couple of high-reward quests 0n characters after like their 2nd.
Most active lootrunners are min-maxers because the barrier to entry is quite high (Use the discord, learn it, get a lootrun set, get a route to run for wynntils). And the reward for lootrunning is... Well, it's good. But it is in no way required to beat the game or anything.

So because you did that many quests on different characters I assumend you were not a min-maxer and as such not an active lootrunner.

 

I can understand that u feel very unlucky but let me tell u its just because u hear most of the time from the lucky players or just lucky finds. Its way more rare to hear players flexing with their unlucky streak.
All u can hear is people flexing with their insane luck just like social media.

Btw I got my forgerymythic after 156 dungeons with 7.01% chance of a mythic (chance is lower than it should be rn since most of the runs were in 2.0 and and only a few 8/8s)

 

simply grind TNA and buy one lmao

 

i mainly do alot of quests because they are fun, well i did RoL questline because im kinda forced to do it for nol for t2 weapon tomes (pre 2.0)
so yeah. i still did lootrun, i did gave up on lootrunning now though, i still have the lr equipment
