what is the most tragic thing that happened to you in wynn

Once, I needed like. 5 pieces of wheat for a potion, and my confused, tired lazy self, at an unholy hour decided, hey! let's go buy from the auction house!

So I found a wheat seller, and all was fine, but I had no idea how to use auction house since I rarely ever used it 'til that point.

I ended up spending like, 10 LE on wheat, which was like half of my money

I was so BAFFLED, and CONFUSED, that I did what I needed to do with the wheat, and stopped playing for a week or several

I'm sure you'd have more tragic experiences but this, this was so tragic to me because it was so stupid that I don't think I'll ever live it down

 

losing motivation to play the game even after new content is released

 

the most tragic thing was spending 20 LE on a bunch of horses and i only got 1 chestnut

 

anytime I got glitched/stuck somewhere with important things or was far into a quest but end up having to kill myself and restart :/ this just happened many times it felt like I was cursed lol

 

I found a mythic box on the ground, but I couldn't pick it up, and it despawned

 

well i dont have many bad things happen to me except when i finished zight island and i thought you could sell the zight money for ems so i wasted at least 8000 ems spamming the button until i realized i was using money

 

I accidentally bought around 12 stacks of Gylia fish once.

1. Realizing how ungodly slow, expensive, and unwelcoming the mid-game Level grind is. (Why do Daily EXP Bombs not come with Hero Rank)

1. Dying to a Boss because Life Steal refused to trigger for 4 seconds straight and THE BOSS HAD RESISTANCES TO EVERY DAMAGE TYPE IN MY BUILD (thank you, Wynncraft, for not telling me anything about that Boss' stats); 10 minutes of getting enemy drops for the Altar and a whole build gone to waste

1. Someone telling me that, no, we likely can't implement a new Class, much less Crystal or Mecha Elements because there's hundreds of Items (+75% of which don't get used because of bad stats or bad RNG rolls).

I'm probably a snowflake or something for what is probably minor inconveniences to an hours-to-burn veteran be my biggest tragedies with Wynncraft.

 

I once got a mythic relic (unidentified) and I didn’t realize how rare they are so I sold it to a blacksmith.

first and only mythic I’ve ever gotten…

edit: I just randomly got a mythic from a mob in SE, it’s a really good convergence.

Question: did you really drop it or did you find it? Someone invisible could have just placed a mythic tome on the ground and you couldn’t pick it up because it was soulbound.

 

first one: omg yes fuck it (7th swear on the forums (i think)) the mid game grind (i personally think its 30-forgery (68)) is terrible, you either do quests (takes forever) dungeons (takes longer) or grindspots (boring) so yeah, unless the class you chose is fun for you, grinding is boring.

second one: heheheh well at least lifesteal triggers on every hit now. AND THEY REALLY NEED TO TEACH NEWCOMERS WHAT ELEMENTS DO LIKE FUCK ELEMENTAL EXERCISE BECAUSE IT TEACHES YOU NOTHING, NOTHING ABOUT ELEMENTS AHHHHHHHH (8th swear)

number 3: well new class would be fun... however its logically not realistic

 

The saddest thing was losing a friend pretty much. We used to play a lot together and we also played other games (met through wynncraft). It was a long time since we played, but eventually, he went offline without a trace and I haven't seen him online on any platform since. I miss him :(

 

Somehow losing a top tier emerald pouch that someone gifted me that had stacks of emeralds in it.

 

I lost a black horse by accidentally shift-clicking it into a loot chest and exited out of it without knowing it until it was too late.

But it's not that bad cuz its about 3 le tops. Oh yea not doing the free le stuff on my other profiles that could get the stuff (i missed out on 28 le)
