HOW CAN I FIX THIS?!?!

    I've been trying to fix server resource pack for days now! I searched all over this forum (did all of the suggested fixes), asked in game players (told me to re-install, also did it) and yet after two days, I CAN NOT FIX THIS! Im getting mad, please help this poor soul.
    PS: Is this right forum to post this? I dont really know anymore.

    It did not work, but somehow i found the official link to it, download it manually and put it in relative folder and worked out just fine :)
