Jeweling Attack speed reducing mana ring

I need a ring to make mana steal work better on this build.

possibly something like this? id personally either get tier drop or spell, not both

 

I think just using eyes on all makes it better. Do you have any mana regen rings with atleast 4 sp?

 

Attack speed now no longer affect mana/life steal so this is pointless.

 

well you still want slower attack speeds since it means more of your clicks can be used for spells instead of melees. its just not as mandatory as 1.20

 

Lower attack speed makes it easier to get all the mana from mana steal.

 

That’s 1.20 where attack speed affected %chance of activating mana/lifesteal but that was changed in 2.0 to be guaranteed.

It is much easier to melee once every 2 seconds while spamming spells than it is to melee 4 times per second while spamming spells. Super Slow is still objectively the best attack speed for mana steal.
