Warrior/Knight Help High mana regen build pls

You Read the title i need a warrior build with more mr/5 than it does mana so i can spam the shit out of spells with out worry of cycle this is entierly for memeing
if it could deal some decent damage that would be cool also
decent spell costs
battle monk tree pls

i wanna see what can be done sooo
1 with no mythics(most exited for this one lol)
1 with mythics
1 with crafted/mythic

basicly max mana regen build possible

 

all of these will be worse than bad(they are ass)

no but uhhh for bonk you realistically just want low upper and charge costs, low bash is nice but not enough to have to lose damage or sustain. Unless you have insane cps as monk if you want to momentum surf the whirlwinds you should only be upper charge cycling
