Shaman/Skyseer Help Is double totem the best choice?

    Double Totem is still the best option for Acolyte, one Totem still isn't enough on its own to sustain Acolyte's damage and healing

    I disagree with the above, given that, factually, 1 totem will give you net heals of 15% while 2 totems will only give you 10%. It is easier to sustain healing if you have...more healing. If these figures are incorrect then I will retract my statement.

    If im not wrong, since you have 2 totems, your heals go to 20%

    No; healing diminishes with more totems. At 1 totem, you get a net 15% health per aura (assuming rebound is also active). At 2 totems, it's -33% per totem for a net of 10% health regained. With 3 totems, you actually lose health per aura.

    Sure, one Totem may heal more but with double totem you sacrifice 5% of your net HP for what, a 50% damage increase?

    Ignoring 2.0.1 nerfs, let's look at Morph Overdrive [Assuming you use Lunatic, Sac Shrine and Vengeful Spirit]
    1 Totem = 42k Damage + ~2.2k Heal per Wave [so total of ~85k Damage and ~4.5k Heal]. You should get a net heal of about 2.2k

    2 Totems = 63k Damage + ~1.5k Heal per Wave [so total of ~126k Damage and ~6k Heal]. You should get a net heal of about 1.5k

    Obviously these are rough estimates, but I'd much rather sacrifice around 30% of my aura heal in exchange for 50% more damage. Additionally, having an unhealthy amount of water damage % will also help. So while yeah, one Totem heals more, generally Double Totem is the better way to go because it's a better trade off when it comes to heal and damage
