Divzer level is nonsense for such legendary..

Playstyle: Upper and charge spam flying bmonk with fallen
Restrictions: needs mana sustain with upper upper charge cycle every 3 seconds
Preferences: hopefully above 20k uppers unboosted and 30k ehp no agi (10stx budget)

 

Do you say that because you think it’s impossible for upper upper charge cycle to be sustainable, or because you are limited to 2cps? (Or were you thinking of like doing flybies?)

Also, are you going to use pots or do you want me to build enough hpr for you to use amulet of rejuvenation?

Restrictions: Weathered with good hpr. Troll build but maybe a Boreal? Looking for 500+ hpr. (Weathered major id needs to be used in 100% effectiveness and I'm willing to die on that hill)
