Welcome to the changelog of Wynncraft 2.0.1! This patch brings new content, balance changes, and overall bug fixes alongside previously promised features and the temporary return of the HERO Beta!

Delve back into the Underworld Crypt to fight against Charon and his undead army once more! The undead lord boasts his horde of husks and urges any challengers to approach him and inevitably forfeit themselves to fuel his deprived hunger for innocent souls.

| API Changes
For the past years, we have been storing characters with a unique identifier that consisted of the class type and the number of the same type of classes the player had (e.g hunter#4), this scheme was elaborated years ago and brought many issues alongside it. Within the release of the update, we are going to migrate all character data from using these ids to UUIDs in order to address these issues, with that you can expect Champion Character Backups to come back alongside data saving issues, like tomes sometimes being wiped, to be completely fixed.

Some of these changes will reflect our public API routes, if you are a developer make sure to prepare for the update release (after HERO Beta) with the following specification:

MAGE

• Decreased the casting delay of Chaos Explosion (0.5 -> 0.4s between cast)
• The Entropy Major ID will now also reduce the cast delay of the Orbs from Ophanim

SHAMAN

• Increased Blood Sorrow's damage (Neutral: 70 -> 100%)
• Decreased Mask of the Lunatic's damage bonus (50 -> +35%)

WARRIOR

• Increased Provoke's aggro lock duration (5 -> 8s)
• Decreased Enraged Blow's damage per 1% health lost (2.2 -> +2%)
• Decreased Enraged Blow's max damage (220 -> 160%. This means its maximum effect will be reached at 20% health instead of 1%)

ARCHER

• Reduced Grape Bomb's spawn amount (3 -> 2)
• Adjusted Grape Bomb's throw angle. They will now bounce in the direction of your initial Arrow Bomb shot instead of spreading randomly.
• Adjusted the Trapper's tree on page 7. Minefield will now be unlocked before Grape Bomb
• Fixed various bugs related to Bouncing Bomb and Grape Bomb
• Reduced Mana Trap's mana per explosion (20 -> 10 Mana)
  
• Reduced Focus' damage per focus (25 -> 20%)
• Reduced All-Seeing Panoptes' damage (Fire: 10 -> +5%)
• Reduced All-Seeing Panoptes' range bonus (8 -> 7 Blocks)
• Reduced All Seeing Panoptes' max shots per angel (5 -> +4)

OTHER

• Fixed a bug where the Spell Casting would detect the same click multiple times in specific conditions
• Fixed a bug related to Loot Chests
• Fixed various issues causing worlds to crash
• Fixed various issues with the Trade Market
• Fixed a bug where some players were unable to complete dungeons
• When purchasing a stack of a specific item on the Trade Market, it will now select a single item to purchase by default instead of the whole stack
• Reimplemented CHAMPION backup slots
• Fixed an issue that caused Tomes, Discoveries, and Ability Trees to be wiped in specific conditions
• Fixed a bug that caused baby NPCs to have their name hologram overly high compared to their height
• Guild territory alerts will now be shown inside the territory menu and only once through guild chat, instead of spamming it every minute
• Blocked abilities will now be shown with a "cracked" sprite in the Ability Tree menu

• Rebalanced Nest of the Grootslang and Orphion's Nexus of Light challenge rooms
• Made changes to Garvan's boss fight in order to make it fairer for Assassins
• Reworked the Underworld Crypt's boss fight (including the corrupted version)

• Improved some terrains and builds
