this is a common alka build that gets 73k dps with out even using any of its ability's and could easily do 300k dps with rage and corrupted
thats like most li bosses in a few seconds
its a boring way to play the game and shouldnt be as strong as it is for a updoot called spell bound this is just ridiculous
I know many people use these types of builds but they are to strong considering some can be made with very cheap items i know the one i linked above was mythic but this is a cheap as hell build that many people use

this needs to stop i have nothing against heavy melee as those items lower attack speed but up damage
tstack ups attack speed and damage this just isnt good balancing tbh

I still cant see whats the problem. Theres a playstyle thats cheap and strong that you dont wanna use so anybody else shouldnt use it too? Or are u just complaining since you cant make own builds?
Im not playing Wynn for long but in my time there were multiple playstyles "Meta" in Wynn and thats good. Since every player likes a different playstyle everybody gets his turn sooner or later. Or do u think the item/balance-team is useless and just sleeping until Salted wakes them up to do their work?

 

I think they should just nerf all damage overall because now you can melt LI bosses in a few seconds with a good enough build

 

Call me saltier then an ocean but I don't understand why TStack is allowed to do this all the while nerfing poison to the ground because apparently one weapon doing 50K dps was problematic.

 

imo i think tstakc is fine rn, sure for some classes it is in a rlly bad spot (ie archer bc well ill explin below but archer moment and mage bc nothing on atree helps tstack mage rlly)

people are using meta builds no way??? also a bit overexaggrated but whateva(u not wrong a lot of plp r using tstack archer bc archr is brokey)
and fallen is not just tstack alka, theres def a shit ton of more stuff to build(ie slow hybrud shit for massacre abuse, fallen bonk(v popular rn), ok mabye there arent that many more but im not a builder so idk)


and for the builds u sent sure 70k unboosted dps is kidna crazy, but at the same time u gotta acknoledge the other parts of the build bruh(spells do no dmg, knuckle bones -ls and ms, no ws or mobility, not much healing, no powder specials, and mythic moment)

and for the second build, archer is just not balanced and kidna brokey rn(iirc i have not played new hotfixes), not rlly a tstack issue also

Tstack archers became common cuz archer ability tree kinda sucks rn. Epoch tstack boltslinger, heavy melee sharpshooter are dominating.

I think tierstack archer is fairly balanced. Everyone is riding on the Boltslinger Tierstack train with Anthracite Ballista, Plague, or Epoch but if we're all honest with ourselves: nobody using triple or double shots is realistically upkeeping high Focus. THIS IS IGNORING THE HUGELY INFLATED BASE DMG OF ARCHER. I don't see why you aren't complaining about spell sharpshooter because it's in the exact same boat. This is an Archer problem not a playstyle problem.

Tstack indeed really OP in my opinion. However, some people like me just doesn't like Tstack cuz of the difference in playstyle.
Yeah Ik there are a lot of people who use Tstack but I don't think Tstack need a huge nerf. Maybe a bit or so

 

Can someone explain what tstack is

 

It's a build type where you increase the attack speed of a Super Slow Attack Speed weapon with positive attack speed modifiers on your armour pieces to exponentially increase the weapons melee DPS.

 

Ok so I saw how this build boosted attack speed by 6 tiers. In numbers, how much does that increase the overal melee damage?

 

I can't give you an exact number (since there are so many factors to consider like IDs, builds, SP etc), but from what I have seen in the new update, tierstack builds usually hit around 40-50k DPS compared to maybe 10-20k DPS (rough estimate) without tierstacking.

So in other words, tierstack outputs a LOT of damage.

 

Do you know how that translates into spell damage?
