This is an edited build of someone else's that I had used for a while. Privateer is new and isn't actually in the game yet (Corrupted Galleon's Graveyard merchant item) so you can use Vortex Bracer until then. Needs two tomes. Alternatively you could just use Remika's Authority or some skill point bracelet for no tomes.
