its a torrential tide boltslinger build, no idea if its good, basically repurposed my pre 2.0 build but it doesnt nearly have enough mana regen/low spell costs, especially with the fact i dont have perfect rolls, i wanted to keep nighthawk as the helmet but am not sure if thats reasonable, no mythics or crafteds please

 

idk what nighthawk does in 2.0, but you could change for this

nighthawk basically condenses arrow storm arrows into one kinda beam of arrows meaning its alot easier to get damage from afar with arrow storms
