Lazarus Pit help

    So I just reached level 69 and started the Lazarus Pit quest. I went to talk to Burtur and the zombies came out. I tried to beat them or just escape from them 5 times and failed before it got to 20 seconds every time. I'm not sure if I'm undergeared/underskilled or not but this seems way too hard for level 69. Can someone please give some tips on how to beat it or other things related to this? Thanks in advance!

    As an archer, I had to buy defense and agility potions before I could complete the zombie section.
