Archer/Hunter How good is this divzer build?

I found a divzer build in a mythic build thread, and I tweaked it to have better mana regen and stuff.
The player will have the bow “petrified horror” in their hot bar to get more spell damage, but you can’t show that in the builder.
Is this build good?

 

Not a comment on the build, but keeping items in your hotbar does not apply the item's buffs. Otherwise every shaman player in existence would have overdrive in their hotbar and use something like fantasia for bonkers damage. You have to hold the item for the +75% spell damage to take effect, and petrified horror doesn't do nearly as much damage as divzer even with its high spell damage% id. So just don't bother with petrified horror at all. Also for the build I have limited feedback since I'm not great at building or playing archer, but I would recommend changing the skill tree up a bit, you definitely want homing shots so your melee dps gets more consistent. I'm not sure about the spell situation, the mana sustain is great but the spell costs are pretty terrible. It might be worth changing up an item or two to have some -spellcost% or -spellcost raw ids in there. I'll let somebody more experienced give better feedback though.
