    Today we're tweaking a lot of numbers based on feedback and data collected from the past week.

    SHAMAN
    • Increased Shaman's base defence (50 -> 60%)
    • Reduced Mask of the Fanatic's defence bonus (50 -> +35%)
    • Reduced Chant of the Fanatic's defence bonus (80 -> +70%)

    ARCHER
    • Increased Archer's base defence (60 -> 70%)
    • Decreased Focus's damage bonus per focus (40 -> +25%)
    • Increased More Focus' (both of them) damage per focus (-5 -> 0%)
    • Reduced Double Shots' spread by -25%
    • Increased Twain's Arc damage (Neutral: 200 -> 220%)
    • Increased Initiator's damage bonus (50 -> +60%)
    • Reduced Initiator's delay (5 -> 4s)
    • Shocking Bomb will not convert damage elements anymore
    • Increased Shocking Bomb's damage (Thunder: 0 -> +40%)
    • Increased Crepuscular Ray's damage (Neutral: 25 -> 30%)
    The above Sharpshooter changes are to shift the power of Focus towards other Sharpshooter abilities instead.


    ASSASSIN
    • Increased Surprise Strike's damage bonus (60 -> +80%)
    • Increased Violent Vortex's damage (20 -> 30%)
    • Reduced Violent Vortex damage requirement (2x -> 1.5x of your max health)
    • Increased Violent Vortex's radius (8 -> 10 Blocks)
    • Increased Violent Vortex's cooldown (1 -> 2s)
    • Reduced Stronger Vortex's damage requirement (3.5x -> 2.5x of your max health)
    • Added a sound effect to Multihit
    • Fixed a bug where Surprise Strike didn't deal its bonus damage to Powder Specials
    Shadestepper had a lower win rate in the early to mid-game. These changes are to try to correct this.


    MAGE
    • Increased Teleport's range (12 -> 16 Blocks)
    • Increased Windsweeper's max Winded (5 -> 10)
    • Decreased Windsweeper's damage per Winded (Neutral: 20 -> 10%, Water: 10 -> 5%)
    • Increased Better Winded's (both of them) max Winded (5 -> +10)
    • Reduced Devitalize's damage reduction per Winded (2 -> 1%)
    • Increases Timelock's Winded requirement for 1s duration (5 -> 10)
    • Increased Timelock's max Winded absorption (30 -> 60)
    • Reduced Breathless' damage per Winded (Neutral: 10 -> 5%, Earth: 8 -> 3%)
    • Reduced Transonic Warp's damage per Winded (Neutral: 20 -> 10%, Air 5 -> 3%, Thunder 5 -> 3%)
    The above Riftwalker changes are to slow down the speed at which Winded can be built up, without affecting its high damage potential.


    WARRIOR
    • Reduced Uppercut's damage angle (50 -> 40 Degrees)
    • Increased Half-Moon Swipe's angle bonus (0 -> +10 Degrees)

    OTHER
    • Replaced Pure's Entropy Major ID for "Gravity Well: Meteor has increased blast radius and pulls enemies instead"
    • Fixed a bug where Major IDs given in Raids (and other content) weren't working
    • Fixed a bug where bosses models with a glow effect showed the outline of invisible armour stands
    • Fixed a bug where content trying to take items from your inventory wouldn't be able to pick items from your pouch
    • Fixed a bug where Sorcery could recast Crepuscular Ray
    • Fixed a bug where Sorcery could bug out certain spells when recast (Like Ophanim)
    • Improved The Nameless Anomaly Raid rewards
    • Implemented a new ability for The Nameless Anomaly boss
    • Added a new custom song for Garvan
    • Various fixes to quests and content

    These changes will be live on every server within 8-9h.

    Glad assassin got buffed finally but my god no wonder Shadesteppers "winrate" is so low, I dont know if too much thought went into making it or not enough because not only is the burst playstyle arguably boring, but it's nothing compared to the dps classes which it should've been, Shadestepper was supposed to be the class closest to 1.20 assassin, but that was a dps class and it was in my opinion the perfectly designed class, all you had to do with shadestepper was remove the vanish buff and add marks, but the class feels so underwhelming, weak and boring to play. Shadestepper was just designed so poorly in the first place, if it's not fixed you'll have to keep buffing it until the server dies. 400k burst every 30 seconds is so much less impactful than 400k dps, even half of that or lower is more impactful, the fact that satsujin is also on a 30s cd does it no favors, end game it's good for only LI and piss useless everywhere else the burst is just dogshit. The fact that none of the assassin archetypes are an upgrade to 1.20 assassin is also just salt in the wound, I've been an assassin main for 4 years since I started playing and it baffles me how it went from the best class to by far the worst when it was the easiest change in the world at least for shade.

    I believe this is just reverting the shadownerf from Hotfix #1, removing materials and (maybe) adding something else. We'll have to see though.
