Any Profession Early lvl xp consumables

Looking for the best xp consumables I can get with lvl 50 profs for any of the 3 crafting stuff for general grinding

Not many easy options right there.

Cooking is your best bet for XP consumables at around level 50: 6x [Bandit Rations] for 12-30% XPB with ~26 minutes (over 2 charges). I used this recipe a lot (and also the 6x [Potato] one) when grinding on my now dead HIC Shaman back in 1.19. Could also go [Dried Gill], but iirc a pain to grind and should be relatively expensive.

Scribing: Tarnished Gold Foil (low level) for 6-12% XPB. Don't even bother with this imo.

Alchemism: no cheap options I guess. [Mooshroom Ear] gives 5-10%, [Lucky Spider Egg] gives 10-12% XPB and LB, but they're a pain to grind.

 

Adventurer's diary is a good option for scribing as well, though it has a lvl 60 req
