Question about the shaman ability "Blood Moon"

The ability Blood Moon gives +5/3s lifeasteal every 1% soul point regen. Does that mean if I have 200% soul point regen i will have 1000/3s lifesteal at level 37?

Idk its funny to have 1000/3s *lifesteal when my hp is only 900
And i specifically made jewelry which increases my soul point regen to 150% without consumables (with adventurers set)

 

if ur that dedicated then dont use adventurers
