Anyone know the trigger for the secret door section in the quest "Out of my Mind?"

I was re-playing through the story normally as I wanted to do after the release of Wynncraft 2.0, and I can't seem to get past the "Secret Door" part of the quest "Out of my Mind." It does not progress past the section where it says "Find the hidden door next to the Undergrowth Ruins outside Troms." I watched a video on it and apparently it is supposed to trigger when you get near the door, maybe I'm just not reaching the sweet spot? Thanks for reading my thread and I appreciate any help I can get!
