Shaman/Skyseer Full Acolyte Tree Shaman Build?

Hello, I just started playing shaman in 2.0, and I find the idea of acolyte fun, playing on edge, just about to die, to ramp up a ton of damage and decimate bosses. I tried playing acolyte with 8/8 morph and The Watched with Overdrive as an offhand. I easily died really quickly, even when with a party. So, here I am, searching for a build for acolyte shaman.

I don't want any mythics or crafteds in this build, because I am too poor to afford any. Some mana sustain, and no negative hpr or mr. I want good enough EHP to tank at least 300ms of lag. Leaning towards dealing damage using blood sorrow. Willing to do LI, Hive, boss altars and dungeon items.

only real way to tank greg as a shamna is with mask of fanatic but that removes uproot(whihc is what u use to cast blood sorrow), so idk if blood sorrow will actually work with this build. if it doesnt, just take fluid healing on the atree
u could also use this build that prob fits the budget better(if blood sorrow doesnt work just take fluid healing on here as well)
