If you could add a sixth element...

If you could add a sixth element to Wynncraft, what would it be? What color would you make it and what stats would it pertain to?

I have never played Genshit Impact, but I was always curious that that game had seven elements (5 of which are also in Wynncraft).
Pyro = Fire
Hydro = Water
Geo = Earth
Vento = Air
Electro = Thunder
The two that are unique to that game are Cryo (Ice) and Dendro (Nature?? Lmao), but personally I wouldn't add either to Wynncraft. An ice element is too close to water, and nature would be too similar to Earth.
I also wouldn't add a light or dark elements either, they just seem too generic.

If I could add an element, it would be Gravity. I would make it purple, and the stats it governs would be all the misc. stats that don't have an element associated with them (Loot bonus, Loot quality, stealing, and jump height).

So what element would you add? Go into as much or as little detail as you'd like. And just for fun, I'll give 5 LE to the answer I like the most.

 

If there was a 6th element it would have to be related to mana so water has some competition in terms of use just like the rest of them.

 

Im pretty sure geo is just rock or something idk

but if i had to add an element it would probably be vigor or life. it would be light-green, stats it would govern is your sprint, sprint regen, health regen, lifesteal, soul point regen, basically stuff related to life

skill points related to it would be called vitality, it gives more sprint/sprint regen, and more resistance to debuffs (the debuffs you cant clear with mage heal like qira's mana debuff)

thats the only thing i can think of that probably doesnt sound too strange as 6th element (excluding the light/dark element though it already exists in the game as lore)

but in the end i like just the five elements much more

 

6th and 7th could be Light and Darkness but would rather not add any new elements tbh

Psychic - The element driven by the mind itself. Psychic is all about utilizing skill tree abilities to gain an upper hand. The new stat linked to psychic is Wisdom. Wisdom increases psychic damage you may do and reduces debuff durations (such as slow and weakness) by up to 80%. Additionally, Wisdom also reduces ability cooldown times. by up to 50%.

Psychic mainly focuses on the ability tree itself. Some new IDs accompanying it could be ability cooldown reduction, ability damage %, elemental powder charge rate modifiers, and additional ability points.

Psychic items would tend to be on the squishier side of HP. There would be a lot of hybrid items that can work with both melee and spell. Psychic weapons would tend to have faster attack speeds.

The weapon powder special would be Psionic Wave. Psionic Wave sends out a cone shaped wave that does damage and reduces ability cooldowns for allies hit.
T1: 150% psychic, -1.0 second to cooldowns
T2: 175% psychic, -1.5 second to cooldowns
T3: 200% psychic, -2.0 second to cooldowns
T4: 225% psychic, -2.5 second to cooldowns
T5: 250% psychic, -3.0 second to cooldowns

The armor powder passive would be Focus: When you hit a creature with your main attack, focus them and increase psychic damage you do (6 second duration). Resets if you hit non-focused creatures with your main attack. (150% bonus psychic damage cap).
T1: .6% Psy
T2: .9% Psy
T3: .11% Psy
T4: .13% Psy
T5: 1.5% Psy

The focus passive is kind of like a condition applied to mobs. Hitting only non-focused mobs with your main attack resets your bonus psychic damage to 0 and makes the mobs hit your new focus. If your main attack hits multiple mobs, as long as at least one of them was focused, you keep the bonus damage. This armor passive makes the player play aggressively in order to maintain the bonus damage.

I am aware that wynncraft does not need a 6th element, but making one can be kind of fun.

In AJB, the element of darkness was already confirmed, but there aren't any weapons or armor that use it.

I think you’re into something here with gravity: Cosmic could maybe work as a 6th element that focuses on spells and mana, and there is plenty of space stuff ingame already

 

I like how (almost) everyone on this thread is ignoring that part in AJB because its stupid as shit.

 

Nah fam, let’s just scrap the 5 elements and add the 118 elements on the periodic table.

In all seriousness Wynncraft really doesn’t need more elements.

wynncraft is cool rn but maybe element could be in relation to wisdom like someone said above, but im not sure light would go well with it, especially seeing how neither orphion or lari is very... wise, or even smart in that matter.

so how about energy? I mean i know water/thunder is kind of like it (thunder being related to electricity relating to how lightning is a form of energy) but I usually associate water with healing so how about Energy to govern mr and ms, this is a vague reference and one that I dont even know much of but like how its in ninjago, fire, ice(water), earth, lightning (thunder), and energy (of course air is missing). Energy could boost mana regen and reduce cost like water does and the idea of it is like power, sort of a kinetic force. Intelligence would now increase mana pool and natural hpr as well as boosting unnatural hpr and hps (from items).

darkness would also be cool if that could be on items like another person said.

 

Idk what the sixth element could be, just wanna say that air in genshin is called anemo and not vento
(venti is one of the characters but vento is nothing)

 

New element: Salt
allows you to lag the servers to the point of crashing making you immune to damage, able to fly, and best of all become salted himself

 

the 6th Element could be our Soul.

Anyways, the element I'd add is God. It'd be the strongest of the six elements; omniscient, omnipotent. What Wynncraft needs is the gentle caress, the warm embrace of the Lord. Truly, this community is a godless community, devoid of hope, devoid of compassion. Here the brotherhood of man is dissolved, and not one has any sense of comradery. We live in a society.

 

If I had to say, maybe Ice? It'd probably be placed between Fire & Air cuz Fire melts Ice and coldness makes air condense.

There's also Neutral (technically), and Light & Dark, which are very weird in AJB.

 

Even though darkness is a confirmed "element" in AJB, literally nobody(not even the CT from what I've seen actually takes it seriously) and it's basically been proven false several times already.
I would much rather prefer cosmic magic or some other force to be a usable element.
