    I decided to go riftwalker.

Timelocked: Holding shift and casting Heal absorbs all Winded from enemies and makes you timelocked.

While timelocked, mana is not depleted and you become immovable from outside forces (push, pull, etc.) Enemies receive damage scaling with amount of winded stacks. Duration: +1s per Winded Absorbed, Max 5, Range 12 blocks.

I have tested timelocked multiple times, and it's very weird.

Is there a base timer? How exactly does it trigger?

When I activated timelocked, I get thrown 20-30 blocks upwards, and I still lose mana.

Sometimes, it does't even trigger. It probably doesn't help that I can't effectively build Winded stacks, but Timelocked barely functions as is.

(Also, Arcane Transfer removing heal ends up being a problem, so Lightbender gud. Although Riftwalker is faster than horses.)

I get that, as I basically paraphrased it. I'm saying that it's unclear on how it works in practice, as I get shot into the sky, it doesn't work half the time, and it ends almost instantly no matter how many stacks are on.
