For me what fixed it (for now) is to change the settings of the server's resource pack. In Minecraft's main menu, go to the Multiplayer tab and select Wynncraft. At the bottom click the Edit button and change the "Server Resource Packs" setting to "Prompt":



I think the default setting is "Enabled" and immediately after changing the setting I was able to log back into the server. So yeah, hope this helps a few people.
