Mage/Dark Wizard lightbender mage build no mythic

Id like a lightbender mage build that has no mythics. Im abit broke right now with only 34 LE. Even if its something out of my price range I can grind for it Im just looking for something that will allow me to properly farm Nameless Anomaly and not waste all my runes by loosing.
