    Tbh 2.0 Hawkeye feels really similar to 1.20 arrow storm and I love it over 2.0 Arrow Storm (since that feels like you're barfing arrows out haphazardly)

    I would have just made it its own effective spell that overrides perks.

    IMO that would be a mistake, since it invalidates the ability tree, and doesn't reward you for investing AP into the spell you are using. It's also especially inappropriate here since hawkeye is available both at midgame and endgame, when relative AT power level is drastically different, and the major ID should reflect that.

    no, we were entirely unaware this entire time, including through several discussions of how the removal of water% on heal by default will impact items both that use it as an upside and especially those that use it as a downside like immolation

    Are you able to share how these things might be addressed? I'd assume IMs aren't going to give these items blanket hp buffs and/or nerfs so what will happen? will the water--healing buffs just be removed and replaced with something else?

    I feel like some items, like quetz, don't really need the ID that much since they don't fit into those types of builds by default (maybe some other form of penalty stat is necessary idk). Immo on the other hand, sure, it's like the whole gimmick of the weapon

    I'm not sure if I can say (I'll ask) but we do have a solution, it just might take a while since the timeline is out of our hands. Been in discussions for several months already though, so it's a waiting game now
